Write to support@halftonedots.com. The address is monitored for questions about the generator, downloads, guides, privacy policy, terms, and rights concerns. There is no web form that silently stores another copy of your message.
For a useful bug report, include the page URL, browser and operating system, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest sequence that reproduces the issue. A screenshot can help when the problem is visual. Do not attach an unpublished or confidential source image when a neutral sample can show the same problem.
What you can ask about
Product support covers image loading, preview controls, PNG and SVG export, transparent backgrounds, pattern tools, and asset downloads. Feedback can cover unclear language, missing keyboard support, color contrast, screen-reader behavior, mobile layout, or a workflow that the current interface makes difficult.
Rights messages can identify a specific page or downloadable file and explain the concern. Privacy requests should include the email address used in the earlier conversation and enough context to locate it. The local editor does not give us access to an image merely because you selected it in your browser.
Before sending sensitive material
Email is an external communication channel. Your address, message, signature, and attachments are processed by the email provider and may remain in an inbox or backup. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, client secrets, or private photographs unless there is a clear and necessary reason.
If your question is about print production, include the intended output size and process, but confirm final specifications with the printer. HalftoneDots can explain what the browser tool exports; it cannot approve a press setup or guarantee a physical result.
Answers already on the site
The homepage FAQ explains local image processing, supported formats, transparency, and SVG output. The guide library covers basic halftone concepts, Photoshop, printing context, and reproducible art ideas. The pattern, overlay, dot, and PNG pages explain which asset fits each job.
If those pages do not resolve the question, email us with the relevant link. Clear examples help improve both the tool and the documentation for the next person who encounters the same issue.
